Hi there. I’m Julia.

I am a writer, editor, content strategist, project manager, and content marketing and SEO expert based just a little north of Atlanta, Georgia. I’m an avid reader and frequent visitor to my local library (the stack of books on my nightstand gets…tall at times) and I love to play around with content.

If you’d like to check out my CV, you can find it here.

In a professional context, I’m your person if you need great content that ranks and adds value to the conversations currently going on in your industry. Need someone to wrangle project stakeholders and get everyone on the same page? An in-depth edit of your latest whitepaper? A blog article or social media post? Let me know. I’d love to help.

On a more personal note, I’m a mom, and as you might expect from someone who describes herself as I do, I knit. And bake. And yes, I do have quite the collection of teas. But I also love to run, hike, lift weights, and kayak the beautiful rivers and lakes in my area. Ask me about raising laying hens - I’ve done that, too.

What’s with the name Red Critter Content? Well, the photographer at my elementary school decided “red critter” was a good nickname for nine-year-old (red-haired) me - and the rest of my class agreed. The nickname stuck until a few years later when Drew Barrymore played Julia Gulia in The Wedding Singer. Of the two, I think I made the right choice.

Please feel free to say hello! I’d love to connect.
